If you need your order in a hurry you can use our next working day delivery option, however you need to place your order before 1pm to guarantee next day delivery. The next day delivery cost will be £7.99 We despatch orders on weekdays only (Monday-Friday except Bank Holidays) and we will send you an email confirmation once your order has been despatched.

Next day delivery's will only be dispatched and delivered on weekdays - not weekends.

What do I do if I need to return an item or order?

To return an item:

• Complete the returns note, detach it, and place it with all items you are returning inside your parcel. Items returned without this information may not be processed.

• Peel off the return label and stick it to the outside of your parcel.

• Post the parcel back to us. Webital does not supply pre-paid returns for posting. We advise you use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of postage.

• Remember all orders must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

You can return all items within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be in their original condition with a completed returns note.

We cannot refund items that have been marked (including by scent) or damaged, including by drinks, perfumes, deodorants, or cigarettes.

It will take about ten business days from when we receive your returns to process a refund. We cannot process refunds faster because of bank & credit card regulations and policies. All refunds are credited to the card that made the original purchase. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.

What happens if I return my order after the 14 days?

If an order is returned outside of the 14 day policy, we can not refund your order and we will send the item(s) back to you. The only exceptions are for orders sent to addresses outside of the UK and returns under the Distance Selling Regulations.

I want to return an item but can't find my dispatch paper. What can I do ? Send back your item in original condition within the 14 days, as outlined above. Replace your dispatch note with a piece of paper and write on

1. your order number (which you can find on your order and dispatch confirmation emails)

2. description of enclosed item(s) (e.g., short-sleeve blouse)

3. size of item(s)

4. item number(s) (which you can find on the individual item's label)

5. the quantity of items being returned

6. the reason for return (see below for accepted reasons for return):

A - Faulty/Poor quality

B - Not liked

C - Too big

D - Too long

E - Too short

F - Too small

G - Fabric/Material

H - Colour

J - Incorrect item received

How do I know when you've received my returned items?

As stated, we advise you return your items using a recorded delivery service, which enables you to track your parcel online. We will send you an email confirming return and crediting of your account once we receive and process your items.

If may take up to ten days for your refund to show on your account. Please contact us within 14 days of returning your items if you have not been refunded.

I think an item I ordered needs to be repaired. Can I return it to you?

Items may not be returned for repairs. However, if the item was faulty and was purchased from, please return it as delineated above.

Can I get refunded for delivery charges?

Delivery charges are non-refundable. You will be refunded for the value of the returned items, less the delivery charges. P&P is only refunded if your items were faulty/incorrect on delivery.

How long will it take to get my refund?

It will take approximately ten days from receipt of your return confirmation email. All refunds are credited to the card that was used for the original purchase. Our customer service will contact you if there are any problems. Please contact us within 14 days of returning your items if you have not been refunded.

What if I received the wrong item?

Incorrect items should be returned using the returns process outlined above. Code your reason for return as "Incorrect item received" on the returns note. You will be refunded for the original delivery charge. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can properly process the returns.

What if I received a faulty item?

Faulty items should be returned using the returns process outlined above. Code your reason for return as "Faulty" on the returns note. We will inspect the returned item(s) for faults, and you will be refunded for the original delivery charge. If the item is not found to be faulty, you will not be refunded for delivery charges.

Part of my order is missing. What should I do?
